General Terms and Conditions Polderblik
1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all visits to the website and all agreements regarding the rental or use of Polderblik.
2. Inquiries and reservations
- A reservation is only final after confirmation by Polderblik.
- Payment and any down payments will be agreed upon in advance.
3. Cancellation
- Up to 30 days before the agreed date: cancellation is free of charge.
- 30 to 14 days: 50% of the price is due.
- Within 14 days: the full price is due.
4. Use of the location
- The renter shall use the location exclusively for the purpose for which it was rented.
- Any damage caused by the renter or their guests will be charged.
5. Liability
- Polderblik is not liable for the loss, damage, or theft of property belonging to the renter or guests.
- Polderblik is only liable for direct damage caused by gross negligence or intent.
6. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (for example, storm damage, fire, or government measures), Polderblik may cancel the agreement without any obligation to pay compensation.
7. Intellectual property
All texts, photos, and designs on this website are the property of Polderblik and may not be used without prior permission.
8. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Central Netherlands (Midden-Nederland).
